PRE-EXPORT DOCUMENTATIONS
1. Completed original NXP (Nigeria Export Proceed form)
2. Export license
3. Valid proforma invoice
4. Certificate of incorporation
5. Receipt of payment for NESS (Nigeria Export Supervision Scheme)
6. Completed original copy Cobalt RFI form (optional)
POST EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
1. Bill of Lading,
2. Invoice
3. Packing List
4. Single goods declaration form (issued by the customs)
5. Clear Certificate of inspection (issued by the Cobalt inspection)
6. Custom Indorsed NXP (Issued by the Customs)
PORT LOGISTICS
1. Processing the Pre-Export Documentations
2. Payment of Ness fee to bank
3. Processing GIT and Marine Insurance for the Goods
4. Coordinating the product inspection
5. Arranging for warehousing, the loading and unloading of goods
6. Negotiating and payment of the local and freight charges to the shipping line
7. Monitoring the freight forwarder who does the relevant bookings, export clearance and post export documentations
INSPECTION AGENCY
1. Statutory Inspection agent – Cobalt International. This agency inspect goods on behalf of the government and issues Clean Certificate of inspection (CCI)
2. Independ Inspection Agent; SGS, Bureau Veritas, EYEVIEW: These agencies inspect the goods on behalf of the buyer and issues inspection certificate .
