APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - 4 WAYS

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp honey
1 cinnamon quill
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cup filtered water


METHOD
In a small saucepan over medium heat, or in a teapot, add filtered water, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon quill and honey.
Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add apple cider vinegar.

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ a lemon
½ cup filtered water

METHOD
Mix ingredients together and sip.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup berries
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp slivered almond
½ cup coconut yogurt

METHOD
Soaked berries in apple cider vinegar for 2 minutes.
Layered with almonds and coconut yogurt.
