6 Way to deal with her seeing someone else
Avoid Places You know You might See Her
You know your ex and her new boo usually come to this bar near your place. It’s so near that it wouldn’t be weird if you were to suddenly show up and see them there, right? But what would that accomplish? You’ll go to the bar and you’ll run into them, and then what? You’ll just ogle and move along? You’ll berate your ex for being with someone else? God forbid you might even make a scene!
Focus On Your Life
When you severed ties with your ex, you’ve basically forfeited the right to butt into your ex’s business. There is no more bond to speak of, so whatever your ex does is out of your hands. Your ex should no longer have an effect on you once you’ve moved on. In knowing this, you’re better off focusing on something that can improve your life right no matter how hard it may be.

Try To Be Happy Without Her
What ever happens life goes on with or without her, what is most paramount is your happiness. Let her see how happy you are without her .Believe me, you may have to ‘fake it till you make it’ at the start, but now I’’m quite possibly the happiest I’ve ever been in my life. Focus on doing things that make you and the kids happy. Live the life you’ve always wanted the one you may have put on the back burner for your ex. It’s your time now.” Change your routine, try go out more often and whenever ever you are alone at home try to be busy doing something with time she will just be in your past.
This New Person Isn't Necessarily Like You
It's the worst when your ex's new significant other is someone you don't even like. It can make you start to question yourself: "If that's what he's into, am I like that?" No. One person can date two very different people. Comparing yourself to your ex's new partner, whether to wonder if they're better than you or to wonder if they're similar to you, will lead you down the wrong line of reasoning. People don't choose people based on checklists; each person will appeal to someone for a different reason.
Become okay with the fact that she is with someone else.Right
now, it probably is a shock to you that she is dating. And you are
not. That accounts for a lot of the feelings that are coursing
throughout your system right now. Not only that, you also probably had
some pretty high hopes about being able to find a way to get her back,
and this situation makes it seem like that will not happen. That's
something else that you have to process. Let it process. Digest the
information that she is seeing someone else and then... become okay with
it. You don't have to like it, just become OKAY with it.
Engage in Positive Self Talk
Everyone has a little internal voice with which they talk to themselves. Start to take notice of what you are saying to yourself. You want to make sure you’re always using supportive, positive self talk. In order to cope with setbacks in life you need to get into the habit of talking back to yourself in a positive way. Staying positive will make you feel better, and feeling better will allow you to achieve more of the things you want in life. So catch yourself when you slip into a negative train of thoughts and turn it around!
