They are also essential to discovering useful strategies and tactics.Dont also be afraid to try new things.
* PAY ATTENTION TO METRICS- Marketing officers should pay more attension to metrics and tie in social mediamore directly to business goals, not just web related goals. Remember you can only manage what you can measure.
* HAVE LISTENING EARS- Try not to focus so much on you and your message. Have a to-do list and focus on your customers, hear what they say,see what they are up to. Once you have been able to have a good connection and figure out what their problems are, then see how you can help out.
