MEN-HOW TO LAST LONGER IN BED

Men- ways to last longer in bed

tips on how you can last longer in bed

According to urologists Andrew McCullough, M.D., of the New York University school of medicine, and James Barada, M.D., of the Albany College of Medicine, PE is the number-one sexual-health problem afflicting men, and is three times more common than erectile dysfunction (ED).
Estimates vary, but 20 percent to 30 percent of men suffer from PE—and those figures are based on self-reported studies.

*Exercise- Bicep Curl into Shoulder Press
Great sex goes beyond lying in the bed in various positions. Being strong enough to pick a woman up, hold her against the wall, or carry her into the bedroom will likely add to the excitement and playfulness. If you’re in the living room and want to carry her into the bedroom, having developed arms and shoulders will make carrying her a fun part of foreplay.

* Sex Positions. Certain positions can help men delay orgasm. Try positions that either reduce penetration depth or apply more pressure on the top side of the penis. Full penetration maximizes stimulation while stimulation to the underside, especially the frenulum, typically drives men to ejaculation faster than stimulation. Some basic positions to help a man last longer, without needing the flexibility of a gymnast, include: woman on top, spooning (lying side by side), perpendicular (pressing the top side of the penis against the vulva), and modified doggy style (where she is lying on her belly instead of on her knees).

* Practice the stop-start method while having intercourse. When you feel yourself on the brink of ejaculation, stop and wait until the feeling has subsided before you resume thrusting. Practicing this technique regularly will help you to last for longer amounts of time.

* Consuming too many stimulants
The modern day convenience-focused diet ends up putting a ton of really harmful things into our bodies. And while the lack of time spent in a kitchen might seem like it gives you more time to be productive in your work life, in reality, it’s one of the biggest anchors keeping your speed boat stuck in the same spot.
If you regularly consume refined sugar, caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, and any other nervous system stimulants and/or depressants, you’re messing with a lot of systems in your body. Your sleep cycles suffer. Your hormonal balance suffers. Your mood suffers. Your mental clarity suffers. And, you guessed it, your reproductive system suffers.

* Study the Kama Sutra“There is a technique mentioned in the Kama Sutra for delaying ejaculations that basically comes down to training yourself to last longer,” says Harper. Start slowly—with no more than one “in/out” stroke every three seconds. “Then, add more strokes, slowly, over the course of 4 or 5 minutes, until you're moving one stroke per second.” If you start to feel like you're going to come, stop and “hold yourself inside your partner until you feel in control again, then begin the whole process again.”

  1. Kegel exercise is one of the most important physical exercises to improve performance in bed. However, alone itself doesn't help much in terms of performance.

    You need physical exercises to control ejaculation and mental trainings to cope with stress during sex .

    I am following the guide, Ejaculation Advisor by Randy Rochester that covers both mental and physical trainings that allows you to improve your performance drastically and it has been 3 weeks since I started and my performance has increased by 20 minutes already!
