Few qualities you should have as an exemplary leader
* GOOD CHARACTER- A good leader has an exemplary character. It is of utmost importance that a leader is trustworthy to lead others. A leader needs to be trusted and be known to live their life with honesty and integrity. A good leader “walks the talk” and in doing so earns the right to have responsibility for others.
* BE A GOOD ROLE MODEL-To earn respect, it's important to show that you know your stuff. People will respect and listen to you, if they know you are knowledgeable in your field.
* BE CONFIDENT- Be confident and belief that you can do anything well or succeed in whatever situation.

* BE LIKED- Though it's important for your workers to respect you most of all, it couldn't hurt for them to think you're a person who is worth spending time with. This will make them more excited to work for you and to have you as their leader.
* BE FOCUSED- Know where you're going and have a strong stated mission to lead people on. A good leader tune it out and focus tightly on the person or task in front of them. ... It's tempting to assume that setting attainable goals means that you will most certainly accomplish everything on your agenda.
* BE PASSIONATE- There's nothing more inspirational than seeing someone who cares about what they do--the best leaders exhibit boundless energy and passion for what they do.
*BE COURAGEOUS- Boldness is both something you can develop and something that is blessed as a virtue.
*CHOOSE YOUR PARTNERS CAREFULLY -Work only with people you can count on and trust.
*PRIORITIZE YOUR TEAM- Your team is everything. Give them whatever they need to succeed.
*LISTEN TO YOUR TEAM - Always listen to what your team has to say, even if you don’t like it.
*GIVE FEEDBACK- Let your team know what they’re doing well and what needs further improvement.
*LEARN FROM YOUR PAST MISTAKES- try not to repeat the same mistakes twice.
