Few steps that can help you control your anger
ANGER is an emotion characterized by antagonism toward someone or something you feel has deliberately done you wrong. Anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings, for example, or motivate you to find solutions to problem. But excessive anger can cause problems.
It's advice able for you to stay happy always because of the following reasons
*headache * heart attack * depression * high blood pressure * Insomnia *digestion problems, such as abdominal pain * Increased anxiety.
Control
* Don't hold grudges
* Use humor to release your tension
* Practice relaxation skills
* listen to cool music
* When ever you are angry, take a break
* Take a deep breath
* Walk away from the scene
* Visualize a "happy place you have been to or would like to go to".
* Practice positive self-talk
* Get help from someone you trust
* Try to see some humor in what angered you.
